Future Prospects of Sustainable Water Resources Development
Overview:
Water is becoming the business of everyone; it is becoming a political issue with social and economic wide ramifications on the society as a whole. It is not a mere technical question for scientists and engineers. There is a gap between water as a science and policy making, and the aim of this coming WEW is to contribute to filling such a gap in the context of the strategic thinking and using new innovative tools for mapping the complexity of water conflicts and crisis. This era of the 21st Century necessitates the engagement of other socioeconomic and environmental factors and using systemic views for better management of water resources in an integrated manner.
