Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds requested 1 week or more before the start date are allowed but with a 5% administration charge.
  • No refund is applied once the program has started.
  • The applicant will be required to fill out a refund form from our finance department and provide the original receipt.
  • The refund process will take 10 working days and the amount (after any deductions) will be returned as a cheque
