Corporate Governance Workshop

Well-publicised failures in corporate governance and increasing shareholder activism continue to highlight the need for a thorough understanding of corporate governance and how to achieve best practice. This two-day course has been especially tailored to meet this need. Its interactive teaching approach (involving exercises, group work and case-studies) will ensure participants leave the course with a clear understanding of the current corporate governance framework in Egypt as well other frameworks in the UK and US.
